Kart powered by fuel cell for international racing
The first international hydrogen vehicle competition, which was called Formula ZERO, was created in 2009. They drove fuel cell karts with 8kW of battery and powers up to 45 kWp of electric motor, accelerating from 0 to 100 km / h in about 5 seconds.
Marcos Rupérez was a member of the engineering team that designed the Spanish vehicle with which they finished second in the world championship.
